I understand I am purchasing a digital product. The graphics are in PNG format. No other formats are available.
My single one-time payment is for 1, 2, or 3 years access. However, I can continue to use the graphics I downloaded during my access period after my membership has expired.
No physical product will be shipped. I will be able to download the product after payment or based on my level of membership.
Due to the nature of the product there will be NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS issued.
No, you MAY NOT RESELL our designs. They MUST be on products as part of a new design.
What I CAN DO: I have commercial use rights which means to create a new image or graphic from content available here. I can then upload my new graphic to print on demand sites. You cannot take the image and just add it to products without making changes to it.
* Please Note: We do our very best to create products that are trademark free at the time they are available but over time some may become trademarked and get removed just like any other platform. Do your due diligence with any images of public figures.
**Users are responsible for their own accounts on any platform (Redbubble, Merch, KDP,Teepublic, etc..). We have no control over your use of forbidden keywords or images when you create your listings, nor are we responsible for takedowns or accounts getting suspended for such uses. ALWAYS check your keywords and do not try to profit off of human tragedy.
What I CANNOT DO: I agree to never resell any of these graphics as a package or as single purchase on any other website.
